Warranty

A guarantee is an obligation of the trader or manufacturer (guarantee provider), which is assumed without additional charge, to return the amount paid to the consumer, to perform an exchange or repair or to deal with the goods in another way, if the goods do not correspond to the content of the warranty statement or advertisement that referred to the goods. The warranty is a manufacturer's statement guaranteeing the consumer greater rights than those prescribed by law. The warranty certificate is issued in written form and contains the following information: name and address of the guarantor, the goods to which the guarantee applies, the contents of the guarantee and the conditions for exercising the rights from the guarantee, as well as ensuring that the guarantee does not affect the consumer's rights in case of non-conformity of the goods with the contract.

EXTENDED WARRANTY

An extended LIFETIME WARRANTY applies to aluminum products of the Tectu&Murus brand, with the condition that the product is installed according to the manufacturer's instructions and used for its intended purpose.

The warranty does not cover the following:

*non-compliance with the instructions for use

*improper installation

*installation of non-original elements (diffusers, screws, adhesives...)

*negligent damage resulting in mechanical or aesthetic damage

*damage caused by mechanical shocks due to the fault of the customer or a third party

*tampering with the product at the point of installation that causes intentional damage

*errors resulting from disturbances from the environment, such as lightning strikes and floods.

*use of strong abrasive and chemical agents

The warranty or accompanying sheet are an integral part of the package when purchasing the same together with basic aluminum products.
